I started a baby blanket for Clareese when I found out my sister was pregnant and having a baby girl. I wanted to try a new pattern (new to me, it would only be my second blanket) the shell stitch. It was easy for me to pick up but time consuming. I am a new crocheter which translates into SLOW!!! I finally sat down last night and worked on the border. I have one round to go, weave in the ends, and then its off to Texas. Not too bad considering Clareese is only 5 months old right.....
I am very pleased with the way its turned out. Hope baby Clareese enjoys it for years to come :)
